1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the app, you agree to follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this app. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

  • Do not share your login.

  • We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content Ownership & Use

  • All images and content in the app are owned by Wallo.

  • You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to view and interact with the images.

  • You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or resell any images.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for spam, harassment, illegal, or harmful purposes.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or misuse the app.

6. Image Drops & Actions

  • You may receive one image per day.

  • Once you Keep, Gift, or Burn an image, your choice is final.

  • We do not recover lost, deleted, or expired images.

7. Purchases & Refunds

  • Certain features may require payment through Apple App Store or Google Play.

  • All purchases are subject to their terms and refund policies.

  • Wallo does not provide direct refunds.

8. Data & Privacy

  • We collect limited data (Email, Phone number, date of birth) to provide the service.

  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

  • You may request account deletion and data removal at any time by using the app profile or by contacting us at [email protected]

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for misuse, violations, or technical/legal reasons.

10. Disclaimers & No Warranties

The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Wallo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or emotional damages from using the app.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by our negligence.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Miami, Florida unless otherwise required by consumer protection law in your country.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. If we do, we will notify you in-app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
